Ingredients
Milk 550ml
Honey 35g
Egg Yolks 8pcs
Sugar 20g
Nutella 200g
Equipment/ Tools that you may need
1. Put the milk and honey in the pot and heat it up.
2. Cream egg yolks with sugar till sugar is completed melted.
3. Add nutella to the egg yolk mixture in batches as the mixture will becomes too thick to whisk well if all nutella being added at once.
4. Once the milk and honey mixture boils, pour it into egg mixture slowly and whisk at the same time. This is to prevent the heat from milk will curd the yolks.
5. Once the mixture is well blended, return it to pot and heat at lower low while whisking.
6. The mixture is ready when it reaches anglaise sauce consistency (the liquid is able to cot the back of spatula).
7. Churn the mixture in the ice cream machine per maker`s instruction.
