The weather is so unpredictable these days, it is like four seasons in a day, I guess this dessert should be suitable for this kind of weather, refreshing lemon like spring, hot ginger like summer, cold sorbet like winter and nothing for autumn as I am not good at "poem making". LOL
Fresh Ginger Juice 28g
Fresh Lemon Juice 40g
Water 545g
Sugar 135g
1. Mix the Ginger Juice and Lemon Juice together.
2. In separate bowl, boil the Water with Sugar till Sugar is dissolved.
3. Add (1) to (2)
4.1 For those with ice cream maker, just pour the mixture in and stir till ice is formed.
5.1. For those without ice cream maker, put the mixture in a large metal pan and fridge it
5.2 Remove from the fridge when the mixture starts firming up, crash the ice formed, and re-fridge it.
5.3 Repeat (5.2) for 2times
Then, ready to serve~~~ (^ ^)
