OZ Outback Cake in 80sec

This is today's experiment, OZ Outback Chocolate Cake in 80secs! Tasting good

Here are the details.............

Ingredients
Egg 1pc
Sugar 2tbsp
Self Raising Flour 3tbsp
Vanila Essense 3~5drops

Tools you may need
NUK Gerber BPA Free Bunch-A-Bowls With Lids, 4 Pack, Colors May Vary   Regency 12 Inch Parchment Paper Roll, 30 Foot Length Black & Decker MX217 PowerPro 250-Watt 6-Speed Handheld Mixer with Storage Case, Black

1. Prepare a microwave usable container, lined with baking paper (I used a ceremic bowl with baking paper).

2. Fill up a bowl with hot water, then put another on top of it, crack in the egg and sugar into the bowl on top. Cream the sugar and egg till pale white. If electric mixer is used, it should take about a min. handheld mixer.

3. Add flour to the egg and sugar mixture, mix well with spatula.

4. Pour the mixture to the container which prepared earlier in step (1), half covered the container, then put into microwave oven, using 600W 80secs, or 500W 90secs.

5. Then the cake is ready to be pour out from the container clean and nicely as we have lined the container with baking paper.

*** The picture shown is the cake I add some chocolate powder to it. You may add any flavour that you like to the cake. My next challenge is to use the same method to create a chocolate fondue cake. Stay tuned ya~
